Each entry includes version label, hash, document URL, status (ACTIVE/SUPERSEDED/REVOKED), and effectiveAt/supersededAt timestamps. Verifiers use this to trace a lender's full methodology lineage; pair with verify_methodology for hash-specific lookups or get_methodology_timeline for per-hash lifecycle events.
