Works without a browser when a refresh token is on file (twitter/youtube/google_drive self-heal this way); returns needsManualReauth + a dashboard link when the platform genuinely requires a manual browser reconnect (e.g. threads). Cannot publish or touch content, only refreshes credentials; safe to retry. Never exposes tokens.
