FREE REGISTRATION of a scheduled run: a question (+ optional asset or wallet subject) is asked automatically every horizon window until the cap or a delete stops it. Registration itself costs nothing — EACH RUN bills its question's price at settle time through the same paid path as any ask, from the named payer's credit balance. The cap is real and acknowledged IN THE CALL: spend_cap_credits must cover at least 10 windows at the question's decision tier, and acknowledge_spend_cap must be literally true (an automated charge is consent-first). Account-scoped questions require the wallet subject. One active run per question+subject — a second registration is a typed conflict, never a second billing stream. List your runs with tollbridge_stands; stop one via the API DELETE /v1/standings/:id. No payment required for the registration itself.
