list_fibre_blobs

List the latest blobs published through Celestia Fibre with who signed them: time, namespace, size, fee in TIA, signatures against the validator set, share of stake that signed and whether it reached 2/3, best probe region, and whether Cumulo could prove the data is available by sampling rows. Mocha testnet (mocha-5), newest first. Without filters this is a snapshot refreshed every 15 minutes; with a namespace, payer or validator filter, or more than 25 blobs, it is fetched live from Cumulo. Namespace names are chosen by the publisher and marked untrusted. Use get_fibre_blob for one blob with its signers.
