Creates a mailto draft link and an RFC 822 .eml file. Use when the user wants to email someone, draft an email, or prepare a message for Apple Mail, Outlook, or Thunderbird. Returns a mailto: URL that opens their desktop or mobile email client with recipient, subject, and body pre-filled, plus the complete .eml MIME draft text. Nothing is stored and no email is sent by our server.
