Start one Well cloud browser run, in the background, that files a prepared French VAT return (CA3) on the tax site with the person's saved login. Use it only on WhatsApp, only when the person's own message explicitly asked to file in the background (« en tâche de fond », « in the background »), and only after the person validated the figures of this return in an earlier turn: you sent its Collectée, Déductible and À payer (or crédit) figures with « 1. Valider / 2. Corriger », and they answered 1. A request to file is not a validation: show the figures first and start nothing in that turn. Pass the `document_id` well_prepare_vat_return returned. Well reads the figures from that stored return and checks them again against the posted ledger: never pass an amount. The run fills the form, checks the site's computed totals against the return, then sends the person the masked page and « 1. Envoyer / 2. Annuler » before the one click that files. Never say the return is filed: Well sends the outcome and the acknowledgement PDF to the person itself. Never ask for a login or a password in the conversation. On `refusal`: `login_missing`, tell the person to save their one impots.gouv.fr login in Well, then ask again. `return_changed` or `not_fileable`, prepare the return again and show the new figures. `already_filed`, never file again. `period_already_filed`, this period was filed on another return: say plainly that it is already filed on the date in `filed_on` (day/month), start nothing. `filing_live`, another run already files this return: start nothing. `not_validated`, show the figures and wait for the person's « 1. Valider » in a later message. Follow the `error` text for any other refusal. When the token authorizes one workspace, call this directly — no workspace call is needed first. When it authorizes several, this read will not guess which one you mean: pass `workspace_id` on the call.
