Tee up THIS COMPANY'S hub site for release (only works for a company that has its own hub configured; for any other company the call is refused). CALL THIS whenever a hub change is ready to go live; it is SAFE and CORRECT to call from a person's chat AND from an autonomous activity. It never deploys directly on ANY path: it queues a one-click release card (idempotent — one open card per company) for the company's faith authority, freezing the exact build to ship; that tee-up IS the intended way to propose a hub go-live, so do not skip it. Approving that card fires the GATED deploy: a GitHub Actions run that builds the hub, runs the fail-closed publish gate (every outbound link live AND canonical; faith copy needs the human's release), and ONLY on a clean gate deploys to Cloudflare Pages. The agent NEVER ships the hub or faith copy on its own — the human's card approval is the only path to a deploy.
