Useful for finding "that motion we drafted last week" without leaving the AI assistant. Args: api_key: Your PrimaCoda MCP API key (starts 'pck_'). limit: Max rows per section. Default 20. Capped at 100. offset: Skip N rows in each section. Default 0.
