Submit one sitemap to Google Search Console for this site. A preview by default: without confirm: true it answers what would be sent and whether the connection may send it, and sends nothing — show that to the owner and submit only once they agree. With confirm: true it submits, answers the sitemap’s state and a next hint to re-check it later with cvl_seo_sitemaps; Google reads a submitted sitemap on its own schedule. Submitting does not put pages on Google by itself. feedpath defaults to /sitemap.xml at the site. needs_write_access means the connection was granted read-only access: the owner grants it once from the Indexing tab in the SEO room.
