Omitting `dois` leaves the DOI list untouched; supplying `dois` replaces it (unknown DOIs are dropped and surfaced via `unmatchedDoiCount`). Requires EDITOR or ADMIN access. Only DOI-list Collections can be updated here — saved-search Collections are managed in the scite web app. **Parameters:** - slug: The Collection slug (required). - name: New name (optional). - description: New description (optional). - dois: Replacement DOI list (optional; omit to leave DOIs unchanged). - is_public: New public flag (optional). **Returns:** The updated Collection with id, slug, name, accessType, and DOI counts.
