[Preview] List the files inside the app package, or read named ones. No `paths` lists everything (Assets included). With `paths` it returns content — text inline, binary as base64, with offset/length for large files. Use it for Src/App.pa.yaml (OnStart), Src/<Screen>.pa.yaml, References/*, and anything the higher-level tools do not surface.
