Places a pre-order drafted with draft_preorder, exactly as drafted: holds the time slot, creates the order and, for a pay-now order, sends the mobile money prompt to the guest's phone. Call it only after the guest has agreed to the draft summary. If the order needs payment now, the guest must also have agreed to the payment prompt: pass sendPaymentPrompt: true then (unless their connection already allows prompts without asking); without that nothing is placed, held or charged and the reply says what to ask. Safe to retry: the same draftId never creates a second order. If anything fails part-way, the slot is released and nothing is charged. Follow the order with track_order using the returned orderCode.
