Answers "Is it safe to pay this vendor?", "Can I onboard this customer?" or "Who is behind this payTo address?". Give a company or person `name`, their `domain` (website or email address) and/or the `wallet` you would pay. One call runs, side by side: an OFAC sanctions screen of the name and wallet (SDN and Consolidated lists, fuzzy name matching), the company profile (public or private: industry, HQ, founded, employees, tickers), the domain's age, email setup (MX, DMARC) and website, and an on-chain wallet risk check on Base or Ethereum (sanctioned controllers, account type, activity, balance). Returns `verdict` (block / review / clear), a one-line `summary`, every reason with the check it came from, and the facts behind them. A check that cannot reach its source is reported as failed instead of failing the call. Replaces sanctions_screen, company_profile, domain_enrich and wallet_risk_check (four calls) for vendor onboarding, KYB, payee vetting before an x402 or USDC payment, and fraud screening.
