Use this when you have no Clickwise account yet and want tracked links now: it creates a provisional affiliate and returns links for the programs that can issue one immediately. Email is optional; the account is claimed and payout details are added later (update_profile). With an API key use create_tracking_links; for ready-made cards and an embed use get_monetization_feed.
