Get (or create) the IndexNow key for a host. Idempotent per host: repeated calls return the same key. Free (0 credits). Returns the key, its required key_location (https://<host>/<key>.txt), and verified (whether the hosted key file has already been confirmed). The USER must host a UTF-8 text file containing exactly the key at key_location before submit_indexnow_urls will work — tell them the location and the key, then submit.
