Send a message to a PersonAIzer persona and get its reply, including any knowledge-base cards it surfaces. Requires the persona's own secret API key (persona_id is then implied), or an account-level API key plus persona_id.

Start building a new PersonAIzer persona from a website URL — scrapes the site, synthesizes an identity, generates an avatar, and (by default) harvests the site's content into the persona's knowledge base. Asynchronous (~1 minute) — returns a job_id and persona_id; poll check_persona_status. Requires an account-level API key.
