• create_llc_lead

  Registers the LLC formation request, emails the user a confirmation with their reference number, and returns the payment link. The user does not need to fill in any web form afterwards: everything was captured here. If they are not ready to pay, hand them off to a person, not to a form. Call this ONLY after the user has explicitly confirmed the package. Start Companies replies by email within 24 hours.

  Returns the Stripe checkout link for one of the three packages. Use it when the user already knows which package they want and wants to pay now, or when they submitted the request earlier and want to pay afterwards. If they already have a reference number, pass it so the payment can be matched to their request.

  Returns the three US LLC formation packages offered by Start Companies, with price, turnaround time and everything each one includes, plus add-on services, annual renewals, tax advisory and how support works. Always call this before discussing prices, renewals, advisory or what is included.

  Looks up a previously submitted LLC formation request and returns its status. Requires BOTH the reference number (format SC-MMDD-XXXX) and the email address used when the request was submitted: the email is a second factor, not a search key. Ask the user for both before calling. Never returns personal data.

  Returns what the annual LLC renewal costs and covers, including the IRS filings that keep the company penalty-free: Form 1120 + 5472 for foreign-owned LLCs, or Form 1065 with its schedules for multimember. Renewals are NOT sold through this server: the client is handed off to a person on the team by WhatsApp, email or the client portal. Use it whenever the user asks about renewing, keeping the LLC active, IRS filings, penalties, the annual report, the state fee, or what happens after the first year.

  Given the US state, whether the LLC has more than one member, and which services the user needs, returns the appropriate package and explains why. Read-only: it does not create anything.

  Explains what an ITIN is, what it costs, what documents are needed and returns the application form link. An ITIN is the IRS personal tax ID for people without an SSN. Available whether or not the LLC was formed by Start Companies. Use it whenever the user asks about ITIN, tax ID, taxpayer number or filing as a member of a multimember LLC.
