Calculate a free indicative residential building-cost range using Proper Job's country-specific engine. Use country GB with GBP and an outward postcode, or country US with USD and a state code. approximateSize defaults to m2 for GB and ft2 for US. When the user states a unit, send it as scope.areaUnit; common m2 and ft2 forms are converted safely. Use only scope supplied in the conversation.
