Use this when the owner wants the preview site live. Returns a Stripe Checkout URL. Send that URL. Do not collect card numbers. Preview must be ready. Price is in the result.

Use this after the owner pays. If they have not paid, returns live=false and the preview URL.

Use this after start_build. If status is ready, send preview_url immediately. If keep_polling is true or preview_url is null, call get_preview again with the same token. A progress card may appear and refresh itself. Pass wait=false only for a progress-card refresh. Do not start_build again.
