Vouch groups servers into a rough, disclosed-as-approximate domain taxonomy — see methodology — computed from an English-keyword match against each server’s published description. This bucket is every server that either hasn’t been run through that tagger yet, or was run through it and matched nothing (a non-English description, or one that just doesn’t use any of the taxonomy’s keywords).

This is an honest label for an absence, not a category with real shared meaning — grouping these tools together would assert a similarity that doesn’t exist, which is exactly what the real categories are for. That’s also why this page isn’t indexed and doesn’t list them individually.
